ERP specialist YoungLimWon Soft-lab announced on the 6th that it has published a comic book titled ‘Questions, the Power to Bring Innovation to an Organization’ to widely publicize the philosophy behind the launch of the corporate culture innovation platform ‘EverAsk’ application.

‘Questions, the Power to Bring Innovation to Organizations’ is characterized by the fact that CEO Young-Bum Kwon of YoungLimWon Soft-lab personally wrote the scenario and contained the philosophy of corporate culture innovation. YoungLimWon Soft-lab, whose mission is to ‘help client companies manage better,’ promotes a culture in which questions are freely exchanged, advocating ‘corporate culture innovation’ for corporate growth.

The book is written in a cartoon format to help readers learn in a fun way and to help them manage their personal and corporate lives by easily explaining how to build a horizontal organizational culture where individuals and organizations grow together and the importance of questions.

In particular, it presents the impact of ‘questions’ on organizational culture with persuasive examples through various corporate cases and historical events to help with clear understanding, and provides practical guides for creating an environment where all members of an organization can work voluntarily and creatively. It also focuses on ways to promote communication and cooperation between generations within a company, and contains know-how that anyone can easily apply.

Along with the publication of this comic book, YoungLimWon Soft-lab plans to introduce the ‘EverAsk’ application, which supports the transformation of corporate culture into an organizational culture that emphasizes innovation, creativity, and autonomy.

The corporate culture innovation platform ‘EverAsk’ increases employee participation based on anonymous questions and provides a new and efficient brainstorming method to effectively collect internal ideas. In addition, it supports rational organizational culture and decision-making by creating an environment where employees can communicate directly with the CEO through functions such as a contest function that finds questions that employees can sympathize with and various surveys.

Young-Bum Kwon CEO of YoungLimWon Soft-lab, said, “It is unfortunate that our society currently has no established culture of questions and discussions,” and added, “This comic book and corporate culture innovation platform ‘EverAsk’ will play an important role in spreading a corporate culture where individuals and organizations can grow together by breaking away from the rigid communication methods of the past and establishing a horizontal and creative organizational environment.”
