KFTC is a payment and settlement institution established in 1986 for the purpose of contributing to the development of the financial industry by establishing an efficient bill exchange system and giro system and constructing a financial network. It is carrying out various businesses such as ▲construction and operation of a financial network ▲bill exchange ▲payment ▲disbursement ▲financial information ▲certification to facilitate smooth fund settlement and information distribution.
YoungLimWon Soft-Lab will provide the public sector specialized ERP ‘K-System Ace Public’ to the KFTC, thereby integrating budget and resolution management systems for for-profit and non-profit businesses. In addition, it plans to build an ERP system optimized for the characteristics of financial institutions, such as stably linking electronic tax invoices, deposit transaction details, and card details data, in cooperation with ‘Webcash’, a company specializing in fund management solutions.
This project is based on the proven K-System Ace based on the experience of constructing more than 150 public institutions, and is carried out mainly by professional consultants who have many similar customer references such as the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency (KOTRA), the Korea Small Business Finance Agency, and the Airport Railroad. The plan is to focus on improving the efficiency and quality of system operation through the framework and development methodology applied to over 2,000 domestic and international companies.
YoungLimWon Soft-Lab implements a user interface identical to the actual work processing at the KFTC to provide easy understanding and convenience of use to the field department, and also pursues a strategy to support smooth decision-making by the management by linking with management statistics solutions.
In the case of Webcash, we plan to collect data from external systems with our own solutions, ‘In-House Bank’ and ‘Texville 365’, and support automated linkage programs.
“We plan to actively reflect the characteristics of financial institutions through active business consultations with Webcash and Handysoft, as well as transfer various know-hows to enable flexible operation even after ERP implementation by deploying our best accounting experts,” said Deok-Joong Joo, managing director of the public business division of YoungLimWon Soft-Lab. “We will establish a systematic, enterprise-wide integrated system suitable for the Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute, which possesses the largest financial infrastructure in Korea, and maximize data utilization by strengthening the budget preparation, control management, and settlement processes.”
